Q. Help! When I add items to my cart it says there is nothing in my cart.

A. Your cookies may be disabled. Cookies allow our shopping cart to keep items in your cart for a few days should you decide to come back to shop later. If your cookies are disabled, items will not be able to be placed in the cart. To learn how to enable your cookies, read the following link. http://www.whatarecookies.com/enable.asp

Q. How do I remove items from my cart?

A. Click the "View Cart" button at the top of any page to see your cart.  Click the small "x" at the end of the title of the product in your cart.  That will remove that product.  To clear the whole cart, click the purple "Clear Cart" at the bottom left of the list of products in your cart.

Q. Where are you located?

A. Our physical headquarters are north of Atlanta however we do not have a physical store.  We work with designers from all over the country to bring you the largest selection of birthday attire.  You outfit may come from various parts of the US depending on which outfit you choose. 

Q.  I want to buy just the top from one of the tutu sets.  How can I do that?

A. At this time, only the tops from the "Girls Birthday", "Juliettes Boutique", and "Made to Match" tutu/pettiskirt sets can be split up.  If you would like just the shirt from any of the above titled tutu sets or pettiskirt sets, you can order it here:http://www.babybirthdayboutique.com/birthday-girl/birthday-tutus/girls-birthday-tutu-set-shirt-only.html  You'll need to write in the exact name of the tutu or pettiskirt set you want the top from.  If you want a top from another designers set, please contact us with the exact name of the set and we'll see if the designer will allow the set to be broken up.
