Everything ordered is shipped to you for only $5.95 U.S. flat rate on every order! We are currently shipping all of our products via USPS, UPS, FEDEX, whichever is the fastest and most economical.

We often ask what day you need your items delivered by. Please leave an extra day or two before your child's party incase of unexpected problems. We work very hard to coordinate with our designers to ensure your order will arrive by the date you select however, sewing/embroidery machines break, the post office can lose packages and other emergencies can occur. Leave some extra days when requesting your "deliver by" date.
If you order an item and pay a rush fee and you do not recieve your item by the date you specify, we will refund the rush fee. Rush fees are determined by the designer. Baby Birthday Boutique does not keep any of the rush fee money. Paying a rush puts your outfit to the top of that designers work pile and ensures you get it by your delivery date request. If you order items from different designers, separate rush fees must be paid per designer/item.

· In Stock Orders ship out within 24 hours of your confirmed order. However, most orders are custom made and take 2-3 weeks to process and ship.
· Orders placed are shipped Mon – Friday only, excluding postal holidays.
· Priority Mail service offers 2 – 3 day service to most domestic destinations.
· Tracking numbers are available and will be emailed to you when your product ships.
· All carriers do not deliver on Sunday’s or Holidays.

We accept returns of items purchased from Baby Birthday Boutique within 14 days of purchase. We will happily refund all returns that have original tags, unworn, and all accessories included to receive a full refund. We will do exchanges if we have another item in the size you are wanting. If we dont have a different size in stock, we will give a full refund. Please allow 5 business days for us to process your return once we receive your return item.
· Shipping charges will not be refunded with you credit.
· When returning items it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for shipping charges.
· It can take up to one billing cycle for credits to post and clear.
